Returning Equipment

Rental equipment is due on the last day of rental period requested.

All late rentals are charged as follows:
- $10.00 per day (regardless of the model) up to 4 days late;
- 5 or more days late is charged at weekly rates (weekly rates vary).
Notwithstanding, as a courtesy, Eurotel allows a grace period of three (3) days to allow for the return of the rental equipment via Federal Express (or similar) service.

Customers will be subject to charges for all accessories that are damaged or missing from the rental package upon receipt of the package in Eurotel's Shipping/Receiving Department.

For return of purchased units, customer must first obtain an RMA number by calling Eurotel. Except for used equipment or unless otherwise noted as a condition of sale, all new purchased GSM units may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if un-used, in salable condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. Eurotel reserves the right to determine the exact amount of credit once the equipment is received and checked for usage and/or damage.
